A second resource, distinct from Blood. Confirmed by name in the official Quick-Start Rules PDF: players collect it alongside Blood each round ("takes 5 blood and 1 malice from the supply"), and some Action abilities "cost malice, which must be paid from your pool." Lady Van Tassel’s "Malicious 2" ability is named after this resource. The token was transcribed as {sigil} before this name was confirmed; renamed to {malice} across the CSV and generated data on 2026-09-06.
